Owners who have their own RIB use their house differently from those who don’t, and owners who have to arrange a transfer each time mostly stop bothering.

We treat charter and transfer as a standing arrangement rather than a series of individual bookings, which is why it sits alongside staffing and maintenance rather than in a concierge brochure.

Safety and verification

Every operator we use is verified for licensing, insurance and crew qualification before a client sets foot on anything. This sounds obvious. In a market where a great deal is arranged informally between people who know each other, it is not universal, and it is the single most common reason we decline to use an operator someone has recommended.
