The Pelagos Greece Living Index was created to answer the question that serious buyers and relocating families ask most often: not "which is the most beautiful island?" — but "which location genuinely suits my life?"
Beauty is easy to photograph. Liveability is harder to assess. The Index applies a consistent twelve-criterion methodology to eight of Greece's most sought-after destinations, scored by Pelagos advisers based on on-the-ground experience, client feedback and current market data. Published twice yearly.
The Twelve Criteria
Each criterion is scored 1–10. Scores represent the considered judgement of Pelagos advisers. The Index is independent, unpaid and unsponsored.
