You Apply
Complete the partner application below. We review your credentials, your market coverage and your track record. We are selective — this is intentional.

We Agree Terms

You Receive Introductions
Pre-qualified buyers, briefed on your market. We send you a buyer profile, their budget, motivation and timeline before the first contact. No cold leads.

You Close. We Invoice.
You transact as you normally would. On completion, you pay Pelagos our agreed referral share. 10 days from receipt of your commission. That is it.

If your clients regularly ask about international property and you currently have no trusted resource to refer them to — Pelagos is that resource. We ask for nothing upfront. We pay you a fee when a client you introduce completes a transaction. The only requirement is a genuine UHNW client base with international property interest.
Citizenship & Relocation Advisory
Henley & Partners, Fragomen, AnchorLess and comparable firms — your clients are buying property to support their visa or relocation. We find the right property in the right market. You continue managing the overall brief. We split the resulting fee.
