Everything published here — market commentary, location guides, intelligence reports, tax and residency explanations, transaction cost estimates and the Greece Living Index — is general information. It is not advice, it is not tailored to your circumstances, and it should not be relied on as the basis for a decision.
In particular, nothing on this site is legal advice, tax advice, immigration advice, investment advice or a personal recommendation. Greek property law, tax rules and residency thresholds change, and their application depends on facts specific to you. Before acting, take advice from a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction. We are glad to introduce one.
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them or when they are pointed out to us.
